DELIVERY METHODS

The purchased products will be delivered by Aesse to the address indicated by the Customer.
Each shipment contains:

  • the ordered products;
  • valued transport document;
  • invoice (only if the Customer, with a VAT number, explicitly requests it when placing the order)

Order preparation takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) will be handed over to the courier the same day. After this time, shipments will be handed over to the courier the next business day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, and our warehouses are closed on Italian holidays. During special events (sales, Black Friday, etc.), your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant efforts to meet established deadlines.


TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR SHIPMENTS:

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an automatic email with the shipping status. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an email from GLS to track your order. This way, you'll always know where your order is. It can take up to 24 (twenty-four) hours after your order is shipped for the courier to activate the order tracking link.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST:

The cost is the same for each order, regardless of the number of pieces purchased, and varies depending on the destination country. For destinations within ITALY, shipping is FREE (unless otherwise specified on the website). For other destinations, the actual cost is always available in the order summary. SHIPPING OPTIONS (DESTINATIONS ITALY):

  • FREE STORAGE, also open on Saturday mornings;
  • DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT*: The courier will call the telephone number provided to arrange delivery. This service is subject to a fee (€3).

 

WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS:

  • Verify the integrity of the package (packaging and Aesse warranty tape). Otherwise, the product is considered delivered correctly and any right to claim will be forfeited. KEEP the document (invoice or valued transport document) contained inside the package for product warranty purposes;
  • Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the exact number of packages and the integrity of the packaging;
  • Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier by noting on the delivery document (acceptance with reservation or refusal due to damaged packaging). Otherwise, the product is considered delivered correctly and any right to claim will be forfeited.
  • In the event of tampering, ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION DUE TO DAMAGED PACKAGING = signature + note on the carrier's delivery document.
  • The transport document (invoice or valued transport document) contained inside the package must be retained as a valid warranty document.
